A: Yes, this experience is best for those who are ready to choose a clinic during the retreat. If you're not quite there yet, we recommend a private consultation first.
Q: What if I decide not to move forward with any clinic?
A: The retreat fee is non-refundable. You're paying for the personalized planning, exclusive access, and the full curated experience: even if you decide not to move forward with surgery. However, we understand some cases (such as medical eligibility) may require flexibility.
Q: How do I pay for the clinic treatment?
​A: You’ll pay the clinic directly. We’ll support you in comparing options and choosing the best one, but your treatment cost is handled between you and the clinic.
Q: What’s included in the retreat fee?
A: 1:1 consultations, clinic selection, VIP coordination, hotel, airport transfers, cultural activities, and personal support throughout your stay.

Small Group Experience
This retreat is designed for individuals who are ready to choose one of the clinics during the experience. Please apply only if you are prepared to move forward with a hair transplant.
Due to the nature of the planning and services provided, the retreat fee is non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in case of valid medical or unforeseen circumstances.
The retreat fee does not include your medical procedure. You will pay the selected clinic directly based on your personalized consultation and treatment plan.
The retreat is limited to 3–5 participants. You will be guided by a Besa Global Haven representative and a translator throughout the experience.
